Our Policies

Customers have 30 days from receipt of purchase to return their order. If you receive your order on July 1st for example, you have until July 31st to make a return.
The product must be returned safely packaged and in new condition: no stains, no odors, no stretching, no tears, no missing parts, etcetera.
The customer pays for return shipping.
Your refund will be initiated after we have received and assessed your return; this typically takes 24 hours. Refund processing times are dependent on your bank, but typically take 3-7 business days.
